Every year 250,000 eager foreigners arrive in cities like Toronto, Vancouver and Montreal. Yes, most challenge is that there are no jobs. Immigrants are highly qualified (MD's, PhD's, Lawyers, Engineers etc.) but many of them forced to survive on the labor jobs, such as driving taxi cabs, delivering pizza's or working in factories.

CPIT which is fully funded by Employment Ontario, launched in 2006 to guide newcomer find right direction and break barriers. More than 60% CPIT partners have been employed in one year after they finished CPIT program.
